Live demo on request

Every identity. One fabric.

On a loom, the warp beam holds every lengthwise thread in order and under tension; only then does cloth hold together. Warpbeam is the warp beam for your identities: it holds them in one place and under your rules, people and service accounts today, machines and AI‑agents next. One product instead of many, built for identity sovereignty.

Narration of the intro video

Above, the video plays without sound. “Play with sound” starts it again from the beginning, with sound and English captions.

Read the narration

Today, accounts and access rights are spread across many tools. No one has the full picture. Warpbeam brings it all together. One platform for people, machines and AI agents. Who can access what? You see and control it in one place. You run Warpbeam yourself and stay in control. Warpbeam. Your identity fabric for an independent future.

Why Warpbeam?

Every identity is a warp thread, applications and access run across as the weft, and the cloth is the identity fabric. Warpbeam is the warp beam that holds every thread in one place.

The video and the full explanation: Why Warpbeam?

The situation

Many threads. No cloth.

Every identity job has its own product today. One manages accounts and access, one signs people in, one guards administrators, one watches for attacks, one checks who can reach which data. Each comes with its own console, its own copy of your identities and its own version of the truth.

Teams spend their days wiring these together, reconciling lists and hoping nothing snaps. Where a few people carry a lot of responsibility, that isn't a fabric. It's a tangle.

The eight stations

Many productsOne warp

From warp beam to cloth

Eight stations. One cloth.

A loom works in a fixed order, and so does Warpbeam. Each station shows how far along we are.

  • Maturity 0 · missingDecided and specified; nothing is built yet.
  • Maturity 1 · foundationData or partial functions exist; the core flow does not yet run end to end.
  • Maturity 2 · usableThe core flow runs in our test environment; the scope is not complete yet.
  • Maturity 3 · extensiveThe core flow runs; at least three quarters of the planned functions are built.
  • Maturity 4 · completeEvery planned function, technical and organisational, with evidence.
  • Measured against the code on 23 September 2026. Today no capability is extensive or complete.
  1. Every identity · Warp beam

    Maturity 2 · usable

Every identity in one place, with access and relationships: people and service accounts today, machines and AI‑agents next.

  2. Lifecycle · Back rest

    Maturity 1 · foundation

The back rest keeps the tension while the threads feed through. Here: joiners, movers and leavers come from HR and are meant to take effect everywhere.

  3. Order and tiers · Lease rods

    Maturity 1 · foundation

Lease rods keep the threads apart so nothing tangles. Here: tiers keep the admins of your most critical systems apart from everyone else.

  4. Access · Shafts

    Maturity 2 · usable

The shafts lift exactly the threads that should be on top right now. Here: roles, policies, time-limited rights.

  5. Sign-in · Reed

    Maturity 2 · usable

The reed, the comb that beats every weft thread into place. Here: multi-factor sign-in and a sign-in guard that holds suspicious attempts. A sign-in service of our own for applications is decided but not built yet.

  6. AI control centre · Shuttle

    Maturity 0 · missing

The shuttle carries the weft across the warp. Here: the AI control centre, meant to work alongside you as far as you allow. It is not built yet.

  7. Control · Breast beam

    Maturity 2 · usable

At the front of the loom, where the cloth first becomes visible: regular access reviews and detecting attacks on identities. Containment is being extended.

  8. Evidence · Cloth beam

    Maturity 1 · foundation

The finished cloth is wound onto the cloth beam. Here: every decision, including every AI decision, is meant to stay provable.

Three commitments

What Warpbeam is built on.

  • One product, not a stack

Accounts, access, sign-in, privileged access, detection and evidence in a single fabric. One interface, one source of truth, simple enough for small teams. Warpbeam is meant to do every task itself, with its own engine; other systems can be connected, but none is meant to be a prerequisite. Today it still needs your existing directory.

    Our principles
  • Identity sovereignty

The threads stay in your hands. Warpbeam is meant to run without a third-party directory or sign-in service, in your own data centre, with a guided way there and a way back.

    Identity sovereignty
  • AI with guardrails

The AI is meant to explain, recommend and act, but only at the level you grant for each kind of task. The default is “recommend”. The audit trail and the emergency stop are never meant to be switched off. The rules are set; no AI function is built yet.

    AI with guardrails

How Warpbeam is built.

The warp beam is Warpbeam itself; the other parts of the loom serve as a map of its building blocks: the reed for sign-in, the shuttle for the AI control centre. Plus the three forms Warpbeam is meant to run in: small on one Linux server, highly available as a cluster, or as a service from Germany. Windows is then meant to remain only as an agent on your side; in our test environment it already runs as a Linux container.

What runs today.

Every capability carries a maturity level from 0 to 4, measured against the code, not against our wishes (as of 23 September 2026). Today no capability is extensive or complete. We never present something as finished when it isn't.

Not measured yet, rated cautiously: AI control centre (Maturity 0), Identity sovereignty (Maturity 0), Devices, mobile included (Maturity 0), Governance alignment (Maturity 0), Compliance and evidence (Maturity 1).
